We will work either as a sub-contractor, the main contractor, or under the DSC banner as all insurances, certifications and statutory requirements are in place. Our specialist approach is employed for each and every project, be it large or small, and encompasses both manual and mechanical controlled demolition. We will take on all types of demolition project, from domestic properties and outbuildings, through redundant petrol stations and fire damaged and unsafe structures, to commercial and factory units.
Asbestos Removal
Asbestos removal is a regulated operation, under the HSE, and can only be performed by trained and competent operatives, supervised by a suitable qualified person, organised and administered by a specialist contractor - DSC Building, where independent asbestos surveys can be arranged as part of the complete service.
Dismantling
Some demolition projects demand a more considered and controlled approach, particularly for structures, and elements thereof that are to be re-used, and where there may be significant site restrictions, so rendering the traditional method unworkable, so careful dismantling is called for.

Waste Management & Recycling
DSC are committed to minimising waste to its lowest practical level, and recovering as much raw material as possible for reuse or even resale, to the benefit of the project, the client, and more importantly, the environment.
Reclamation
Wherever and whenever, and in tandem with the DSC recycling and environmental ethos, any and all materials such as Tiles / Slates / Bricks / Timbers / Floorboarding / Stonework / Structural & Architectural Steelwork, will be separated, stored and labelled for re-use.
