As the main contractor we will control all the different construction phases on the project, from the installation of the main services to the completed build hand over to the client.

On a Design and Build basis the DSC team will look after all the different aspects of any Residential and Domestic project to include appointing the Architect and Design Team. DSC will also ensure that all Warranties and Testing Procedures are completed to the full satisfaction of the Local Building Control Department and Conveyancing Solicitors if required.
