We will oversee the complete project from the initial design to the full completion of all works. As the Design & Build Contractor we will control all the different construction phases on the project, from the design of the project to the completed build hand over to you the client. With being the Design and Build Contractor a greater emphasis is placed on the overall budget to ensure that all projects costs are established prior to the commencement of the build, thus providing the client with a complete fixed cost
