DSC is a building company which has enjoyed significant growth of late, particularly in the residential/housing sector, where our Groundworks Division now has a visible horizon of work that has, in turn ensured that the business has a stable financial foundation upon which to develop other disciplines. Undoubtedly, this success has been under-pinned by the conscious decision to keep complete control of all our works by staying local, with our own local labour, and supply chain for both sub-contractors and material suppliers. This approach has worked well for us with several recent refurbishment contracts and large commercial warehouse facilities.
