1. Who is responsible for managing my information?
DSC Building is a construction company in the UK. We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit.
2. What information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, phone number).

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
5. When can we contact you in the future?
We would like to send you information about our own services. We may do this by telephone, email or SMS, unless you have told us that you do not wish to be contacted in this way.

We have a system of retention periods in place to ensure that your information is only stored whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements.

The right to be informed
The right of access
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge. Once we have verified your identity and, if relevant, the authority of any third-party requestor, we will provide access to the personal data we hold about you as well as the following information:

c) The recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed

The right to rectification

The right to restrict processing
